Athmalaya Yogam is taught through Sri Athmalaya Dhyana Peedam. There are seven types of yoga. The most ancient and powerful yogas are taught through Dhyana Peedam. The yogas introduced to us by “Sage Sukabrahma Maharishi” are set to be important here.

Athmalaya Yogam is following the footsteps of Natha Guru Parampara Athmalayam Yogam which was founded by Sage Sukabrahma Maharishi when time of preaching ‘BHAGAVATHAM’ to Parshith Maharaja.

Stages to Athmalaya Yogam

Athmalaya Yogam is the proper method of yoga that combines these six types of Asana’s, breathing, movement, chanting, meditation, penance. Sages, Munis and still many Siddhas in the Himalayas were mastered this Athmalaya Yogam.

Sri Swasi Nath Gurudeva has received Netra Diksha from Sri Bala Baba Siddh of Nath Guru parampara got upadesh, were these six vidyas were thought and practiced.

These six type of methods where learned separately from 6 Gurus in order to learn to wake up the original yoga Vidya. In Athmalaya Yogam, these combined six yoga vidyas has been designed so that all people can

easily understand the short cuts. Sri Swasi Nath gurudeva’s mission is to teach people this precious Athmalaya Yogam education and make them Yogis.
